Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't my health data showing up?
Make sure you've granted HealthKit permissions to CardioLab. You can check this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > CardioLab. Also ensure you have health data available in the Apple Health app.
How do I view my workout GPS routes?
Tap on any workout in the workout list to see detailed analysis including GPS route maps. Make sure location services were enabled during your workout for route tracking.
Can I set custom health goals?
Yes! Go to Settings within the app to set your personal daily goals for steps, exercise time, and other health metrics.
Is my health data private and secure?
Absolutely. All your health data is stored locally on your device and never shared with third parties. We don't have access to your personal health information.
Why are some charts showing no data?
This usually means there's no historical data available for that metric in HealthKit. Try using the Health app to input some data or wait for your device to collect more information over time.
How often does the app sync with HealthKit?
CardioLab syncs with HealthKit in real-time when the app is open. When closed, it will update the next time you open the app.
Can I export my health data?
While CardioLab doesn't have direct export functionality, all your data remains in Apple's Health app where you can export it using the Health app's built-in export feature.
